- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other online platforms.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure optimal store performance.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Optimize product visibility through SEO, campaign participation, and marketplace tools.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Resolve operational issues related to orders, logistics, and marketplace policies.
- Continuously improve the customer shopping experience and overall store performance.
Persyaratan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passionate about e-commerce and staying updated with the latest marketplace trends.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
