E-Commerce Sales (Marketplace Account)
Tentang Peran:
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales professional specialising in Marketplace Account management to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Raya, where you will drive sales growth and manage key marketplace relationships across multiple e-commerce platforms. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for optimising our marketplace presence, increasing product visibility, and achieving ambitious sales targets whilst building strong partnerships with key marketplace stakeholders.
Apa yang akan Anda lakukan:
- Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets across marketplace platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace Key Account Managers to maximize business opportunities.
- Negotiate product listings, pricing, promotional activities, and commercial terms with marketplace partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across marketplace channels.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional campaigns, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts, and business performance reviews.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support in collaboration with internal teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand product categories and improve marketplace performance.
Yang Kami Cari:
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in e-commerce sales, marketplace management, or account management roles within the consumer electronics or FMCG sectors
- In-depth knowledge of major Indonesian e-commerce marketplaces such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and Blibli
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including listing management, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and sales reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with e-commerce management systems or CRM platforms
- Fluent in Indonesian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Preferred: Experience with marketing analytics, digital advertising, or campaign management on e-commerce platforms
