We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute the Company digital marketing strategy across Meta (Facebook), Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok. This role will focus on paid advertising, organic growth, CRM management (Zoho), and performance optimization to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in both paid and organic social media strategies, with strong knowledge of CRM systems—specifically Zoho.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Paid Media & Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Manage and allocate ad spend effectively to maximize ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting
- Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
- Continuously improve cost-per-lead and conversion rates
Organic Social Growth
- Develop and execute organic content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging posts, videos, and marketing materials
- Grow audience engagement and build brand authority
- Monitor trends and recommend new content opportunities
CRM & Marketing Systems (Zoho)
- Build, manage, and optimize our CRM system within Zoho
- Implement automated workflows, lead tracking, and nurturing sequences
- Ensure seamless integration between paid campaigns and CRM lead capture
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting dashboards
- Support sales and leadership with insights from CRM data
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with business goals
- Contribute to overall marketing strategy and brand positioning
- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, growth metrics, and campaign performance
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience managing paid ads on Meta and LinkedIn (TikTok experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of ad spend management and ROI optimization
- Experience building and managing CRM systems, preferably Zoho
- Knowledge of lead generation funnels and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience creating or coordinating content for organic social growth
