Job Description:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food preparation, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Support daily kitchen operations and work effectively with the kitchen team.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
