Tanggung Jawab
- Work with existing support team members to ensure customers receive responses within 24 hours
- Communicate with the company's technical teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Track the most common issues on a weekly or monthly basis, and accordingly implement improvements to company processes
- Track and report user feedback with the goal of improving the usability of our services

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- 1-2 years experience working in a Customer Service or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams and cultures.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain technology, with a strong interest in learning more about the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Willing to work at night-time (00:00-09:00), without no rotation shift. These working hours are permanent.
