CS Operational Freight Forwarding
Responsibilities
- Receive and manage shipment instructions from customers.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and other vendors.
- Review CIPL, HS Codes, shipping documents, and ensure document accuracy.
- Prepare and review BL, AWB, COO/e-COO, and other shipping documents.
- Arrange bookings, monitor shipments and follow up until completion.
- Prepare and submit customs declarations (PIB, PEB, NPE) through CEISA, Siap Terbang, SLIM, or other customs platforms.
- Handle Delivery Orders (DO) with shipping lines and prepare TILA and other port-related documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance, trucking, and delivery operations.
- Provide regular shipment status updates to customers.
- Manage end-to-end export, import, and domestic shipment operations, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Maintain proper document filing and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Import, Export, and Domestic Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end shipment process, from booking to final cargo delivery.
- Passionate about the Freight Forwarding industry, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good command of written and spoken English, especially for communication with customers and overseas agents.
