Corporate Maintenance Engineer

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering or any related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in preparing and controlling maintenance budgets, including maintenance costs, utility costs, and CAPEX.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, including weekly maintenance, overhaul (OH), Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS), and service contract management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM Module and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Good understanding of dairy production processes, including both aseptic and non-aseptic.
• Willing to travel to 7 plants as required.

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of weekly maintenance, overhaul (OH), TPMS activities, and service contracts to ensure timely and effective implementation.
• Ensure all production machines and equipment operate efficiently and reliably.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenditures, utility costs, and energy consumption to meet company targets and budgets.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance reports.
• Standardize maintenance systems and practices in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Enhance Engineering Team's competencies by aligning and standardizing technical skill requirements across 7 plants.
