What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Merchandise all IKEA online channels in the most commercial way, take care of strategic products including 3 Aces and 1 King, price and volume products so that they are strongly promoted across the channels
- Optimize range presentation, the sorting & filtering of online products online. Present product range online in a commercial way to encourage customers to buy more. Create recommendations for sales steering & commercial cross selling, up selling & add on
- Work closely with e-Com Commercial Activity Leader, Visual merchandiser, Web Editor and Marketing Content Specialist to support Country Commercial activities, initiate related webpages and contents to support promotion
- Co-ordinate the creation and delivery of all weekly and monthly reports, providing insights and analysis across e-Com metrics
- Responsible for sales performance of assigned HFBs. Create action plans & merchandise appropriately to meet the goals
- Understanding our product, customer & competitors, by closely communicating with sales leader to know the global & local IKEA priorities and the IKEA product range in order to present the range to our customer in a commercial way
- Identify and monitor the multi-channel & online developments of competitors. Understand national market demographics, the economy, life at home of consumers & shopping behavior
- Analyze feedback from online customers & learn customer's browsing journey & online shopping experience through e-Com tools (Google Analytic, Hotjar, Dynamic Yield). Give feedback to Web Developer or UI/UX Specialist to drive enhancement initiatives
- Closely monitor the buying report & react accordingly to secure that the agreed product range is visible and buyable on all available IKEA digital channels. Coordinate with Sales Leader & Local IT for issues related with visibility & buy-ability
- Work closely with CFU SSS for weekly stock forecasting & sales steer for concrete, overstock and UTG in a regular basis

We want you to be a person who has:
- Knowledge of retail industry or e-Commerce, online tools, able to analyze web performance, preferably in multi-channel environment and web merchandising methods
- Strong analytical and logical thinking as e-Commerce, commercially-driven and capable of contributing to the unit with commercial expertise, converting sales and marketing ideas into action plans
- Have good knowledge about digital analytic and personalization tools (Google Analytic, Hotjar, Dynamic Yield). Able to analyze and follow-up the customer’s shopping behavior in online platforms
- Strong team player, a considered decision-maker, structured and accurate
- Strong communication skills both in Indonesian and English with capability to inspire and engage others
- Ability to work with cross functional partners & senior management
- Ability to manage a variety of activities in parallel
