Content Marketing & Social Media specialist
Tanggung Jawab:
- Plan, create, and execute end-to-end content production, including concept development, scripting, shooting, editing, publishing, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, reach, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize the company's social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Research industry trends, social media algorithms, and audience behavior to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze campaign and social media performance using insights and analytics tools, then provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end content creation for social media.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing brand social media accounts, including increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, digital trends, and audience behavior.
- Experience creating content calendars and executing consistent social media strategies.
- Proficient in social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere pro, or similar software is an advantage.
- Experience in the architecture, interior design, home décor, or building materials industry is an added advantage.
