Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally through phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding automotive products and roadside assistance services.
  • Assist customers in reporting vehicle issues, emergency situations, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with internal operational teams and external partners to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLA).
  • Escalate complex customer cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English for daily conversations (Daily Conversational English).
  • Comfortable speaking English over the phone with customers.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
  • Experience in the automotive industry or roadside assistance services is a plus.
