Community Development Internship
Kualifikasi
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major (Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields are preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on social media and interested in community engagement.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in organizations, communities, or event committees is a plus.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to community interactions through social media, direct messages, and WhatsApp Groups.
- Assist in planning and creating content to increase community engagement.
- Identify and connect with external communities (universities, professional associations, SMEs, etc.) for collaboration opportunities.
- Support loyalty programs, member engagement, and alumni community activities.
- Collect and summarize community feedback to support marketing strategies.
- Assist with daily community development activities.
- Prepare regular reports on community activities and engagement performance.
