The working venue is in Jakarta. Our client is a Japanese Law Firm company. Currently, they are looking for Chief of IP Consultant
Tanggung Jawab:
- Provide intellectual property consulting services to clients
- Handle trademark registration processes and documentation
- Manage trademark disputes and conflict resolution
- Conduct IP portfolio management and strategic advice
- Perform IP due diligence and risk assessment
- Advise clients on IP protection strategies and enforcement
- Prepare and file IP-related legal documents and applications
- Monitor IP rights and manage renewals
- Provide client relationship management and business development
- Other related tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi:
- Graduated form reputable universities
- Fluent in English
- More than 13 years expertise as Intellectual Property Consultant
- Has/can bring its own client
- Can handle trademark registration
- Can handle trademark dispute
