Catering & Sales Manager

We are looking for a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Catering & Sales Manager to establish and grow our Catering business. This newly created role is responsible for developing sales strategies, expanding market opportunities, acquiring new clients, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, acquire, and manage corporate clients, key accounts, and new business opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, quotations, negotiations, contract management, and after-sales service.
- Work closely with Central Kitchen, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless catering execution.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and standardize sales SOPs, workflows, and customer service processes to support business scalability.
- Leverage CRM systems, AI productivity tools, and business analytics to improve forecasting, reporting, proposal development, customer engagement, and sales efficiency.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and strategic recommendations for Executive Management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Catering Sales, Corporate Sales, Hospitality Sales, Food Service, Business Development, or related industries.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
- Experience managing corporate clients (B2B), key accounts, or institutional customers is highly preferred.
- Experience in Restaurant, Catering, Hotel, Hospitality, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Event Management industries is an advantage.
- Experience in launching or expanding a catering business will be highly valued.
