What You'll do :

• Analyze complex business data to identify trends, opportunities and area for improvement.
• Present analysis and provide actionalbe insights directly to Board of Directors to support strategic decisions making.
• Analyze external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and departments to gather requirement and translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Monitor implementation impact of approved initiatives and track performance against projected outcomes.
• Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to uncover valuable insights from huge datasets.
• Perform data analysis and process mapping to identify ineffeciencies and recommend optimization strategies.
• Stay update with Beauty Industry trends (related in products, market, etc) and best practices to provide valuable insight to Board of Directors.

Kualifikasi Minimum

What you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Revenue Management, Growth, Strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data.
• Profieciency in data analysis tools & techniques.
• Proven experience organising and analysing large volumes of raw data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in Beauty Industry, FMCG or E-commerce.
