Tentang Peran:
The Butter Beats is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in Seminyak, Bali. This is a full-time position where you will be at the heart of our hospitality operation, crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, maintaining our reputation for excellence, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our venue.
Apa yang akan Anda lakukan:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity
- Mix, blend and present cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar area
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and handle cash and card transactions securely
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, spirits and beverages to enhance the customer experience
- Build rapport with guests and ensure consistent, friendly and professional service
- Stock and monitor bar inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are available during service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Follow all health, safety and licensing regulations applicable to bar operations
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy service periods
Yang Kami Cari:
- Proven experience working as a Bartender in a busy bar, hospitality venue or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines and other beverages
- Excellent mixology skills and proficiency with bartending tools and equipment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and handle requests professionally
- Physical stamina to work standing for extended periods during shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse clientele and team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times
- Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards of work
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and responsible beverage service practices
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
- Certification or training in bartending or hospitality is preferred
