Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Develop clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Frontend Engineers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design discussions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and development processes.
• Monitor application health, logs, and system performance, and implement improvements when necessary.
• Continuously research and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve development efficiency.

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Golang, Node.js, .NET, Java, PHP, Python, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
