Auto Parts Sales Supervisor/Manager
Tanggung Jawab:
- Develop B2B auto parts business in Indonesia, including expanding relationships with wholesalers, distributors, workshops, and auto parts retailers.
- Maintain customer relationships and handle order follow-ups, quotations, reconciliation, and collections to achieve sales targets.
- Understand popular vehicle models, fast-moving auto parts, market pricing, and distribution channels in Indonesia.
- Collect and report local market insights, competitor activities, policies, and logistics updates to the HQ team.
- Execute sales strategies from China HQ and coordinate shipment, customs clearance, and after-sales support.
Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree or above from all major.
- Indonesian national with strong knowledge of local markets across Indonesia.
- Proven experience in auto parts sales, with understanding of product categories (consumables, chassis parts, engine parts, body parts, etc.).
- Existing network in local auto parts channels (customers/distributors) is a strong advantage.
- Basic English communication skills (able to handle simple emails and messaging).
- Honest, target-driven, responsible, and able to work long-term in a stable manner.
