Peepl is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager, Assessment Center to lead the end-to-end management of our assessment processes. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and analyzing assessments, as well as producing strategic and impactful reports that support organizational decision-making.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong interest in technology and AI developments within the assessment and human resources field, and who are motivated to bring innovative, technology-driven approaches into assessment center operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end assessment center process, from planning through reporting
• Design and implement assessment tools and methodologies
• Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of assessment programs
• Analyze assessment data and produce strategic, actionable reports
• Explore and integrate digital technology and AI solutions to improve assessment processes

Kualifikasi Minimum

• Master's degree (S2) in Professional Psychology
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Assessment Center
• Strong understanding of assessment center methodologies and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Certified Assessment Center Assessor, SSP, and SIPP certification
• Genuine interest in the development of technology and AI in the field of assessment and human resources
