Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Manage all general administrative operations: office supplies, documentation, travel arrangements, and daily services.
- Oversee facility management: office building maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and workspace safety.
- Develop and implement admin policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
- Lead, train, and supervise admin and facility team members.
- Control admin budget, vendor contracts, and company assets.
- Resolve operational issues and prepare regular performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in admin/general affairs, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in office operation, facility management, vendor management, and budget control.
- Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently under pressure
- Fluent Mandarin and English, Bahasa Indonesian communication and must live in Batam Island
