- Manage and develop partnerships with insurance companies.
- Build relationships and negotiate with key decision-makers at insurance companies.
- Develop and execute programs to increase service utilization and transaction volume.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other related departments to support business development initiatives.
- Monitor partnership performance and prepare reports on target achievements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Business Development, or in a related role (experience in the telemedicine industry is preferred).
- Experienced in engaging and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business as required by the company.
