We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to drive strategic client engagements within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business challenges into actionable insights and growth strategies.

Description:
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship lead for assigned banking and financial clients.
- Build, strengthen, and expand client partnerships while ensuring successful delivery of projects and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated research, customer experience, and business intelligence solutions.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear research objectives and data-driven strategies.
- Interpret findings and convert insights into practical recommendations that support client growth and performance.
- Lead client presentations, executive discussions, and strategic workshops with compelling narratives and business-focused storytelling.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and new business development within the financial services sector.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams to maintain high standards of quality, insight generation, and strategic relevance.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, customer behavior shifts, and regulatory changes to inform client recommendations and strategic direction.
Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including substantial exposure to the banking, financial services, insurance, or fintech industries.
- Prior experience in management consulting, business advisory, strategy consulting, or related client-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong track record of solving complex business problems and developing strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities, with confidence in working with quantitative and qualitative information.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments.
- Understanding of financial services industry dynamics, challenges, and emerging trends.
